Cheezee Global is looking for a driven and analytical Finance Assistant to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Finance Assistant to support day-to-day P2P transactions, fiat-to-USDT settlements, order compliance, and fund management. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and operational integrity across our payment flows.

Responsibilities

• P2P Business Operations Timely release and manage P2P advertising
• Review and approve P2P orders in accordance with internal SOPsEnsure smooth and accurate completion of P2P transactions between buyers and sellers
• Settlement & Exchange Responsible for timely and accurate exchange of fiat currency to USDTMonitor exchange rates to ensure transactions comply with internal control requirements
• Maintain accurate records of settlement transactions for audit and reporting purposes
• Order Review & Compliance Review and approve recharge and withdrawal applications per SOPIdentify and report any suspicious or unusual transactions
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations
• Account & Fund Management Monitor account balances and transaction flow changes daily
• Ensure reasonable allocation of funds across multiple accounts and maintain sufficient liquidity
• Assist in fund reconciliation and provide timely account change reports
• Risk Monitoring & Reporting Closely monitor risk factors associated with trading and account activities
• Report potential issues to management in a timely manner and propose preventive measures
• Assist in implementing risk control mechanisms within the operations team
• Support & Collaboration Collaborate with customer service and compliance teams to resolve transaction-related issues
• Provide timely feedback and support to internal departments
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

Required Skills

• Experience in financial operations, cryptocurrency exchanges, or payment operations is preferred
• Detail-oriented with the ability to strictly follow SOP-driven workflows
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Proficient in Excel and financial systems; knowledge of blockchain/USDT is a plus
• High sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and risk awareness
• Strong independent work ethic, team spirit, and communication skills
