About the Company

We are a growing UAE real estate group specializing in property management, real estate investment, and property transactions.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant / Finance Manager with strong accounting knowledge, UAE tax experience, and a background in real estate operations.The successful candidate will oversee the accounting and financial administration of multiple companies while supporting the daily financial operations of our property management business.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Manage the full accounting cycle for group of companies.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Perform daily bank transaction reviews and reconciliations.
• Manage cash flow and payment schedules.
• Handle intercompany accounting and loan transactions.
• Prepare Statements of Account (SOA).

UAE Tax & Compliance

• Prepare and manage UAE Corporate Tax requirements.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure FTA compliance.
• Liaise with auditors and external consultants.

Property Management Accounting

Unit Management

• Home insurance administration.
• Service charge payments and administration.
• Utility payment and administration.
• Other expense administration and SOA preparation.
• Maintenance payment processing, invoicing, and administration.
• Property purchase and sale administration.

Tenancy Management

• Rent collection follow-up.
• Monthly outstanding rent reports.
• Tenancy termination settlementsSecurity deposit refunds.
• Cash payment administration.

Landlord Management

• Prepare landlord Statements of Account.
• Management fee collection.
• Monthly payment follow-up.Landlord payout summaries.
• Cash payment administration.

Corporate Administration

• Accounting for group of companies.
• Intercompany loan administration.
• Corporate Tax and VAT compliance.Financial reporting.
• SOA preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in the UAE.
• Previous experience in real estate accounting or property management accounting is required.
• Experience managing the accounts of multiple companies or a group of companies.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and FTA regulations.
• Practical experience using Tally ERP (PACT ERP is advantage)Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
