Workforce Management Senior AnalystExperience: Minimum 5 years Workforce Management, Reporting & Analytics experience

Role Purpose

Act as a trusted analytics partner, delivering workforce intelligence, forecasting accuracy and reporting governance that enables informed business decisions.

Key Outcomes Own workforce reporting, forecasting and business intelligence deliverables.

Develop decision-ready Power BI dashboards and workforce insight frameworks.

Leverage AI and automation to improve reporting quality, efficiency and forecasting accuracy.

Provide analytical recommendations on workforce utilization, productivity and capacity trends.

Support leadership reviews through concise executive presentations and business narratives.

Mandatory

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on Power BI expertise (mandatory).
• Strong workforce analytics, reporting and forecasting experience.
• Demonstrated use of AI within reporting, analytics or workforce planning.
• Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros and data automation expertise.
• Hands-on Microsoft Forms and Power Automate experience.
