Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (P2P) - Remote

We are looking to hire an Oracle Fusion Procurement (P2P) Consultant who will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, including Oracle Fusion Self Service Procurement (SSP), Purchasing, Sourcing & Negotiations, Supplier Management, Procurement Contracts, and system integrations. for our client—one of the largest semi-government organizations in the region.

This position will be on an annually renewable contract.

The role sits within the IT Team and works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver Oracle Fusion Procurement, optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and support procurement transformation initiatives.

We are looking for a passionate Oracle Fusion Procurement with strong experience implementing Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud hands-on experience delivering full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations, configuring procurement modules, and driving process improvements across the procurement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation projects.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion modules including Self Service Procurement (SSP), Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Management.
• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes covering requisition, sourcing, contract creation, purchase orders, and payment.
• Configure procurement approval workflows.
• Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support for Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with Finance, Projects, and external applications.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Procurement modules, Self Service Procurement (SSP), Purchasing, Sourcing & Negotiations, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Registration & Supplier Portal
• Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend best-practice Oracle solutions.
• Configure and manage RFQ/ RFP processes, auctions, Supplier responses, awarding and negotiating strategies
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for procurement automation and digital transformation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Oracle Fusion Procurement and Redwood capabilities.
• Support API, FBDI, Web Services and Middleware-based integrations.
• Knowledge, skills & experience:6–10 years of experience within Oracle Procurement / Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Hands-on experience delivering at least 1–2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion REST APIsStrong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud, Oracle Fusion Sourcing, and
• Experience configuring procurement approvals, document styles, contract templates, contract clauses, and approval management.
• Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and procurement transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher is advantageous.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and data migration tools is preferred.
• Experience with large enterprise implementations or multi-entity Oracle Fusion rollouts is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood Contract Management features, including Microsoft Word rule upload, embedded contract drafting and collaboration, AI-assisted contract analysis, and advanced contract rule and clause search capabilities.
• Oracle Procurement is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and project timelines.
