Freelance Bookkeeper (On-Call Basis) – UAE VAT Experience Required

We are a newly launched property rental company locally registered and licensed seeking a freelance bookkeeper to support us on an on-call basis during our initial months of operation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for property rentals
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and prepare VAT filings
• Record income, expenses, and manage account reconciliations
• Generate basic financial reports as needed
• Assist with ad hoc financial queries

Requirements

• Proven bookkeeping experience in the UAE, preferably in real estate or property management
• Strong understanding of UAE accounting principles and VAT regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Must be freelance-licensed or able to invoice as an independent contractor
• Available on short notice for support
