Accountant Executive

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.

Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.

Monitor project costs and allocate expenses to contracts and jobs.

Process payroll and ensure timely salary payments (if applicable).

Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.

Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and UAE accounting standards.

Coordinate with procurement and project teams to verify supplier invoices and payment requests.

Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.

Assist management with financial analysis and other accounting duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction, maintenance, or contracting industry.

Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or ERP systems).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure.
