Accountant & Administrative Officer – Full Time

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are a joinery manufacturing factory based in Abu Dhabi and are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant & Administrative Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payments, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management.
• Prepare VAT records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Support external auditors and year-end financial reporting.

Administration

• Manage office administration and maintain company records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and service providers.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Maintain employee files and assist with attendance, leave records, and general HR administration.
• Organize company documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and administration.
• Experience in a manufacturing or furniture company is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
