Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Dubai. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for event branding, marketing campaigns, exhibition materials, and digital assets.

Daily tasks include developing graphics for print and digital media, refining logos and brand identities, preparing layouts and typography for promotional materials, and collaborating with marketing and event teams to ensure consistent visual communication.

The role also involves adapting designs for various channels, meeting deadlines for event-related deliverables, and maintaining brand standards across all projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for events, marketing, and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
• Ability to apply effective Typography, layout, and composition principles across print and digital materials.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality design work relevant to events, exhibitions, or marketing campaigns.
• Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the exhibition, events, or marketing industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an advantage.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Excellent creativity, communication, and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
