Manager/Revenue Assurance

Own and drive end-to-end, technically driven Revenue Assurance across telecom and non-telecom revenue streams. The role focuses on system-level risk coverage, automated controls, real-time detection, and deep data analytics across Network, BSS, OSS, and digital platforms to protect and optimize revenues.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full end-to-end revenue risk coverage across Network, BSS, OSS, CRM, Mediation, Charging, Billing, and Fulfillment systems.
• Design, deploy, and optimize automated preventive and detective RA controls.
• Lead root-cause investigations of revenue leakage and systemic issues.
• Enable real-time / near-real-time incident detection and closure.
• Act as RA SME for roaming, interconnect, A2P messaging, wholesale, enterprise, and revenue-share products.
• Perform product and tariff validation, configuration checks, and revenue-share logic assurance.
• Lead RA impact assessments and sign-off for new products, system upgrades, transformations, and migrations.
• Conduct post-implementation assurance to confirm zero revenue exposure.
• Manage control dry-runs, UAT validation, and production deployment.
• Drive automation, dashboards, and analytics adoption within RA.
• Track and report financial KPIs, scorecards, and GAP closure.
• Maintain strong collaboration with Network, IT, Finance, Product, Wholesale, and Digital teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO processes, OLA/SLA/TAT commitments.
• Own audit readiness, documentation, and audit inquiry responses.
• Lead and supervise RA resources to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Build strong technical ownership and accountability within the team.

Qualifications

• Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of deep telecom experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Revenue Assurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Charging, Billing, Mediation, Roaming, Interconnect, and Messaging ecosystems.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capability.
• Experience in automation, dashboards, and control analytics.
