As a Senior Treasury Analyst within our Treasury Front Office team, you'll play a key role in supporting the Group's trade finance, working capital, and treasury operations. About Your Team

Our Treasury team manages the Group's funding, liquidity, trade finance, banking relationships, and working capital strategy. Partnering closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and external banking institutions, the team plays a critical role in ensuring financial stability while supporting project delivery across the business.

Operating in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, the team combines technical treasury expertise with commercial insight to deliver efficient treasury solutions, strengthen financial controls, and continuously improve treasury processes.

Your Role

As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will

• Support the Group's Treasury Front Office activities across trade finance, including bank guarantees, letters of credit, and supply chain finance programmes.
• Prepare and process funded and unfunded trade finance instruments in accordance with ALEC's Delegation of Authority.
• Liaise with banking partners on transactional matters, facility renewals, and compliance documentation.
• Support the evaluation of supply chain finance and bond syndication opportunities.
• Maintain and update treasury information within ERP and Treasury Management Systems, including CMiC and Kyriba.
• Monitor treasury reporting and ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, banking mandates, and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, working capital efficiency, and operational controls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives that optimise treasury workflows and reporting.
• Promote ESG considerations within treasury activities and support the Group's broader sustainability objectives.
• Deliver accurate reporting and analysis to support informed treasury decision-making.
• Provide high-quality technical expertise across treasury and trade finance operations.
• Support additional treasury initiatives and projects as required.

What We're Looking For

Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in Treasury Operations and Trade Finance.
• Thorough understanding of trade finance instruments, banking processes, and working capital management.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of treasury controls, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with ERP and Treasury Management Systems, such as CMiC and Kyriba.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to build effective relationships with banks and internal stakeholders.

It Would Be an Advantage If You Have

• Professional qualification such as ACT, CTP, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Experience within construction, infrastructure, or corporate treasury environments.
• Exposure to supply chain finance programmes, bond syndications, or capital structuring initiatives.

Please note: Arabic language skills (speaking, reading, and writing) are essential for this role to support our operations in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience within Treasury, Trade Finance, or Corporate Banking.
• Experience managing trade finance instruments, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
• Professional treasury or finance certification (ACT, CTP, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent) would be highly regarded.
