Redstone Private Banking Search are working with a major UAE Bank who provide services across investments, corporates, private banking and more. They are looking to hire an Institutional Sales Manager to join their team growing Asset Management team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Drive sales activity with the Asset Management team aligning with priority client segments and product strategy.
• Expand the banks coverage of institutional clients, increasing revenue streams.
• Work with internal Corporate and Institutional Relationship Managers and the team more widely, particularly to increase identification of investment opportunities.
• Report sales activity, client feedback and market intelligence to senior team members, while maintaining compliance, service standards and active participation in improvement initiatives.
• Role reports to Head of Institutional Sales.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• At least 7 years’ experience within investment from a Private Banking or Asset Management background.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics or a similar field is required with CFA, or equivalent a strong plus.
• Mindset and background of driving sales with ownership of engagement and processes needed.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
• Role is to be located in Dubai.
