AR accountant

We are looking for AR Accountant who will be responsible for managing incoming payments, customer accounts, invoicing, and ensuring accurate financial records related to receivables. The role supports the company’s cash flow and financial operations by monitoring outstanding balances and communicate with clients regarding payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and customer statements.
• Record receipts and update accounting via ERP systems.
• Coordinate with sales and project teams regarding billing and payment status.
• Prepare aging reports and support monthly financial closing activities.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• 4 to 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Finance operations.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong Excel and analytical skills ((VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting)
• Good communication and follow up abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
