• What You ll Do* Oversee all billing processes including direct bill accounts, group invoices, and commissions* Review and reconcile daily revenue postings between the PMS and financial systems* Monitor customer accounts and resolve billing disputes quickly and professionally* Manage aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, and enforce hotel credit policies* Approve or recommend credit applications based on risk assessments* Prepare accounts receivable reports including aging analysis and collection performance* Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and revenue audits* Provide documentation for internal and external audits* Supervise and mentor accounts receivable staff, ensuring deadlines and accuracy are met* Train team members in billing procedures, systems, and customer service standards* Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Events teams for accurate billing and documentation
• Ideal Profile* Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field* Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or similar) is an advantage* 3 5 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in hospitality* At least 1 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role* Familiarity with Opera, Sun Systems, or similar hotel/finance systems* Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and credit management* Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities* Customer-focused with problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
