We're Hiring: Audit Manager | Sun Management Group (Reanda UAE)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Audit Manager to oversee and execute audit engagements for Sun Management Group's clients across various industries. The role involves planning, supervising, and performing financial audits, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across various sectors
• Review financial statements and working papers for compliance with IFRS and UAE regulatory standards
• Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff and seniors
• Act as a key client contact during fieldwork and throughout the engagement cycle
• Ensure deadlines are met without compromising audit quality
• Identify and communicate audit findings, risks, and business recommendations to clients and partners
• Coordinate with tax, advisory, and legal teams on complex assignments
• Participate in proposals and business development efforts, where applicable

Qualifications & Skills Set

• Qualified CA with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, including 4+ years in a managerial role in UAE
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, AML regulations, and free zone compliance
• Proven ability to handle multi-client portfolio and lead audit teams
• Experience in CaseWare, or similar audit tools is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Client-focused mindset with ability to build long-term relationships
