We are currently looking for a passionate and professional Reception & Reservations Agent to join the dynamic team at COYA Dubai.

The ideal Reception & Reservations Agent should have:A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar Reception and Reservations, preferably within luxury hospitality or fine dining.

Strong experience in managing guest reservations and enquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.A proactive, positive and team-focused mindset.

The ambition to grow within an international luxury hospitality brand.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience using SevenRooms or a similar reservations system.

Have fluency in French, Italian or Spanish.

Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a professional approach.

Is confident managing guest requests and creating personalized experiences as per COYA standards.

Is ambitious and eager to develop an international career to support COYA Venues.

Is eligible and able to travel to European Union (EU) countries.
