Customer Experience CoordinatorAs part of the BrandSystem Group’s e-commerce ecosystem, our logistics company, Infinite Fulfillment, is expanding its team and looking for a new team member.

Infinite Fulfillment is an e-commerce logistics company (3PL), part of the BrandSystem group, supporting French-speaking e-commerce brands in managing their shipments from China. As we grow, we’re creating a Customer Experience Coordinator position, based on-site in Dubai, to help maintain a high standard of service as our client base expands.

This is a role with real responsibility, not entry-level support. You’ll be closely monitoring how our client relationships run day to day, catching issues early, and making sure the people speaking to our clients are doing it well.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor client Slack channels daily and respond to straightforward requests directly
• Catch early signs of client frustration or tension before they escalate
• Review how our Client Managers communicate with clients: tone, accuracy, consistency, response times and step in when something falls short
• Prepare briefing notes ahead of client calls and own our weekly project reporting
• Flag process gaps with enough detail that action can actually be taken
• Contribute to broader client satisfaction initiatives alongside our Head of Customer Success

• Native-level French: it’s the language our clients speak, and written quality matters
• Fluent English: to work with our teams in China and follow client exchanges comfortably
• Strong communication skills: diplomacy, empathy, and the ability to find the right words under pressure
• Sharp organization: able to keep several projects moving without letting anything slip
• A proactive mindset, with good judgment on when to handle something independently vs. when to escalate
• Comfort with a fast-growing, international environment where processes are still evolving
• Nice to have: 3+years experience in e-commerce/retail or logistics, familiarity with DTC brands, or prior work in an international team.
