Auditor & Tax Consultant (Fresh Graduate / Junior Auditor)

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of financial statements, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Review accounting records, financial statements, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Perform risk assessments and identify opportunities for operational and financial process improvements.
• Prepare audit working papers, reports, and recommendations in accordance with professional auditing standards.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing audit engagements within established timelines.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend enhancements where necessary.
• Communicate audit findings, observations, and recommendations to management and clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and high-quality professional service.
• Stay updated on developments in accounting standards, auditing practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and reporting in accordance with UAE tax regulations.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure clients remain informed and compliant.
• Prepare and review tax returns and related filings for individuals and businesses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in auditing or accounting.
• Basic knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and relevant accounting software.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (Required).
