Finance Manager – Food Manufacturing

Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: up to AED 20,000 - 22,000 per month We are pleased to be partnering with an established FMCG business who are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. Based in Dubai, this role will oversee factory operations and is suited for someone with a strong FMCG manufacturing finance background.

The successful individual thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has extensive experience in costing, inventory management, factory financial reporting, and operational finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all factory accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Oversee product costing, cost analysis, and manufacturing variances to support operational decision-making
• Manage the accounting and financial operations for the manufacturing site
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis across manufacturing operations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and company policies
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support statutory reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimisation across manufacturing finance

The ideal candidate

• CA / CMA / ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing or factory finance
• FMCG background
