You’ll oversee the integration of innovative tools and platforms, drive adoption across the network, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elevate retail standards aligned with Bulgari’s global vision.

Job responsibilities

• Digital & Innovation Leadership
• Drive the regional rollout and adoption of digital retail tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with global retail and IT strategies.
• Act as a key stakeholder in digital transformation projects, gathering feedback from store teams and enhancing user engagement.
• Partner with Central and Local IT teams to evolve in-store digital ecosystems (e.g., CRM tools, appointment management, digital clienteling, mobile POS). Identify digital gaps and propose tech-enabled solutions to improve retail operations, customer experience, and team efficiency.
• Analyze usage data and performance metrics of digital tools to optimize impact and inform future initiatives.
• Operational Excellence & Strategy
• Lead operational excellence initiatives and standardization of in-store processes across the region.
• Evaluate and recommend process improvements, eliminating inefficiencies and introducing scalable practices.
• Collaborate across functions (Inventory Control, Internal Audit, Store Planning, HR, Training) to ensure operational cohesion and compliance.
• Supervise the operational readiness of store openings and renovations in collaboration with HQ and local departments.
• Maintain the Retail Excellence Digital Hub, ensuring content is current, actionable, and supports store-level operations.
• Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
• Manage and mentor Retail Operations Specialists and support their growth through guidance and delegation.
• Foster a collaborative operational culture by sharing best practices and enhancing communication between stores and corporate teams.
• Act as a key point of contact for back office teams and Sales Administrators, solving escalated challenges with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in retail operations, including project or team management; luxury or premium retail preferred.
• Proven leadership in implementing and managing digital tools across retail networks.
• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of omnichannel retail.
• High digital fluency – confident working with retail platforms, dashboards, analytics tools, and collaborative tech.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable navigating dynamic, multi-market environments and delivering against evolving business expectations.

Preferred

Exposure to or knowledge of Middle East and/or Indian retail markets. Financial oversight experience (operational budgeting, procurement efficiency).
