Accounts Officer

Himalaya Steel Group is looking for a skilled and experienced Account Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and experience in handling daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of UAE accounting practices is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
