Manager Finance Planning And Analysis

The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role plays a vital part in guiding financial strategy by providing insightful data, reporting, and recommendations to senior leadership.

The manager will work in a fast-paced corporate environment and must be well-versed in UAE financial regulations, tax structures, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Leading the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyzing financial results, identifying trends, variances, and key performance indicators to support business strategy.
• Developing dynamic financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Coordinating with department heads to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting aligned with operational goals.
• Preparing and presenting insightful financial reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for executive leadership.
• Monitoring capital expenditure, cash flow performance, and profitability across business units.
• Enhancing financial planning tools and systems for better data integrity, efficiency, and automation.
• Supporting strategic projects including mergers, acquisitions, and feasibility studies with financial analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the UAE.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, and local financial compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive insights and influence strategic decisions based on financial data.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
