Finance Administrator

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our finance team in Dubai. This is an entry-level, on-site role and an excellent first step for a recent graduate looking to build a career in finance. You will support the day-to-day running of our finance operations, with a particular focus on monthly invoicing, tracking outstanding dues, and keeping our finance and contract records accurate and up to date.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a good grounding in Excel and a proactive approach to following things through.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Collections
• Prepare and issue monthly invoices accurately and on time
• Compile and follow up on outstanding dues, maintaining and actioning ageing reports
• Finance Records & Reporting
• Keep an updated record of monthly finance figures, updating the finance sheet as contracts are signed and renewed
• Update the monthly Renewal, New Business, and Upsell Commission sheets with the required invoice and job numbers
• CRM & Contract Administration
• Check that all new and renewal agreements are uploaded on HubSpot, and ensure New Business details on HubSpot are complete and correct
• Send the Media Eye team the monthly list of expiring accounts
• Budgeting Support
• Assist with the annual forecasting exercise and the preparation of the new budget

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Experience: This is an entry-level role suitable for a fresh graduate.
• Internship or placement experience in a finance or administrative function is a plus but not required

Technical skills

• Strong Excel skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, basic formulas, and maintaining accurate records.
• Familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot is an advantage
• Attention to detail: High level of accuracy in handling numbers, records, and reconciliations
• Organization: Well organized, able to manage recurring monthly tasks and follow up on outstanding items reliably
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills, comfortable coordinating with internal teams
• Mindset: Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn and grow within a finance function
• Languages: Fluent in English;
• Arabic is a plus
• Location: Based in Dubai Silicon Oasis and able to work on-site
