We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant cum Admin. You will play a key role in maintaining our financial integrity and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Finance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements.
• Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
• Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Administration: Support daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
• Manage office supplies and inventory.
• Assist with coordination and scheduling for the management team.
• Handle general administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are also welcome.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
