Role : HR cum AdminDescription· Coordinate the recruitment process with the Management, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.· Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process· Act as the primary contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation· Coordinate with the PRO services for the employees visa processing, labor cards, and other government-related documentation· Maintain up-to-date records of all government-related documents and processes· Make travel arrangements, Update office policies and ensure compliance with them, Maintain internal databases· Other Admin works on day to day basisCapabilities· Excel Spreadsheets, MS Office,· Multitasking abilities· Time management skills· Excellent interpersonal skills· Project management skills
