Salary

AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 per month (Performance Based)

• Basic Salary: AED 4,000 per month
• Client Consultation KPI Allowance: Up to AED 2,000 per month
• Performance Excellence Allowance: Up to AED 1,000 per month
• Total Monthly Salary During Probation: Up to AED 6,000
• Upon Successful Completion of Probation: Up to AED 7,000, subject to Management approval and verified performance.

Performance allowances, bonuses, and salary revisions are discretionary and subject to Management approval.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Tawasul Alsada Documents Clearing LLC is seeking an experienced UAE Legal Consultant / Immigration & PRO Specialist with practical UAE law firm and immigration experience.

Applicants must have a minimum of four (4) years of practical UAE experience in legal consultancy, UAE immigration services, PRO services, and legal documentation.

Only candidates with genuine hands-on UAE legal and immigration experience should apply.

• AMER & Government Transactions
• Legal Documentation
• Arabic & English Legal Drafting (preferred)
• Legal Notices
• Petitions and Representations
• Client Consultation
• Coordination with UAE Lawyers
• Case Preparation
• Court Documentation Support
• Legal File Management

Minimum UAE Experience Required: 4 Years in a UAE Law Firm, Legal Consultancy, or UAE Legal Services Company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will be responsible for

Legal Consultancy

• Conduct professional client consultations.
• Assess legal and immigration cases.
• Explain legal procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with UAE advocates and legal professionals.
• Assist in preparing legal strategies.

Immigration & PRO Services

• Handle UAE immigration matters.
• Prepare immigration applications.
• Assist with fine reduction and mercy petitions.
• Coordinate absconding-related applications.
• Support immigration ban and block removal cases.
• Coordinate PRO and government authority submissions.

Legal Documentation

• Prepare legal applications.
• Draft petitions and supporting documents.
• Review client documentation.
• Prepare legal correspondence.
• Maintain accurate legal files.

Business Development

• Build client confidence.
• Maintain professional client relationships.
• Convert consultations into legal service files.
• Support departmental revenue targets.

DAILY KPI REQUIREMENTS

The selected candidate is expected to achieve

• Minimum 10–15 Client Consultations Per Working Day
• Accurate legal case assessment.
• Timely client follow-up.
• Proper documentation.
• High client satisfaction.
• Professional reporting.

Achievement of KPI targets may qualify the employee for additional performance-based earnings.

PERFORMANCE & SALARY STRUCTURE

The Company's salary structure consists of

• Basic Salary: AED 4,000 per month.
• Client Consultation KPI Allowance: Up to AED 2,000 per month based on achieving the required daily consultation target.
• Performance Excellence Allowance: Up to AED 1,000 per month based on quality of work, attendance, punctuality, client satisfaction, and Management evaluation.

Probation Period Earnings: Up to AED 6,000 per month.

Following successful completion of probation, total monthly earnings may increase to up to AED 7,000, subject to Management approval, verified performance, and business requirements.

Performance-related payments are discretionary and do not form part of the guaranteed contractual basic salary.

SALARY CONFIDENTIALITY

Salary, incentives, commissions, bonuses, benefits, and other compensation details are confidential Company information.

Employees are not permitted to disclose or discuss compensation details with other employees, applicants, clients, competitors, or any third party without written authorization from Management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have

• Minimum 4 years of practical UAE experience in a UAE law firm, legal consultancy, or legal services company.
• Practical knowledge of UAE immigration and PRO procedures.
• Experience handling legal documentation and client consultations.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Professional English communication (Arabic is an advantage).
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
