UAE National | Senior Analyst - Investments

Job Purpose

To ensure thorough analysis of investment opportunities along with monitoring and reporting risks to management on a regular basis.

Conduct due diligence for investment opportunities. Coordinate with external stakeholders (i.e. consultants and partners) where appropriate.

Prepare financial models and sensitivity analysis for investment opportunities.

Conduct detailed financial and business analysis of investment opportunities to evaluate their feasibility and viability.

Prepare investment decks for presentation to senior management.

Assist line manager in structuring and negotiating commercial terms.

Provide support on other tasks within the department as and when required by Line Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Investment Management, or a related field.2–5 years of relevant experience in investment, corporate finance, private equity, capital markets, M&A, financial advisory, strategy, or investment analysis.
