Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a strategic and supportive partner
• Own the day-to-day accounts payable cycle, including company credit card coding and reconciliation
• Perform routine month-end journal entries and reconciliations from start to finish
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to recommend and implement improvement opportunities
• Contribute to the growth of the team by sharing knowledge and improving internal processes
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or 1–3 years equivalent accounting experience
• Experience including AP, GL, and account reconciliations
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
• Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills including formulas, sorting/filtering, and basic pivot tables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed CPA or currently studying for the CPA Exam
