This programme provides structured learning, departmental rotations, mentorship, and professional development within a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in departmental rotations across various business functions.
• Complete mandatory onboarding, compliance, and corporate training.
• Learn and support departmental operations under supervision.
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Work closely with mentors and managers throughout the programme.
• Develop knowledge of banking operations, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with multicultural teams.
• Successfully complete all required development programmes.

Requirements

• UAE National with a valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Fresh graduate.
• No employment with any bank during the previous 12 months.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
