Program Manager -Wealth Management

Looking for a Program Manager with 9–10 years of experience.

Candidate should have strong end-to-end program/project management experience, from initiation and requirements gathering through delivery and closure.

Must have experience managing multiple programs, along with strong skills in:

• Financial management
• Budget estimation and tracking
• Risk management and mitigation
• Stakeholder management
• Banking domain experience is mandatory, with Wealth Management, Personal Banking, or Business Banking experience preferred.

This is a business-facing IT Program Management role, requiring coordination between technology and business teams.PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory; relevant banking and program management experience is more important.

Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Delivery Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while managing stakeholders, risks, budgets, and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization.
• Conduct meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
• Ensure quality standards, compliance, and project governance are maintained.
• Handle stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and reporting where required.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
