Job Description

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations within the department.
• Accruals and prepayments.
• Balance sheet and inter-company reconciliations.
• Service charge reporting and assisting with service charge year-end closure.
• Prepare monthly and annual management accounts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure financial transparency.
• Develop financial strategies to support company goals.
• Comply with all financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in the annual auditing process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have

• Experience in a similar role.
• Service charge and property experience essential.
• Studier of ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent.
• A self-starter, who wants to join an established successful team and add value.
• A strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong and confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• An ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
