Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and reports.

The Administrative Assistant will handle phone calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members while maintaining professional phone etiquette and front-office standards. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining records and files, processing documents, tracking office supplies, and supporting executive leadership with administrative tasks as needed.

The role requires close collaboration with colleagues across departments, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage scheduling, documentation, and office operations effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Executive Administrative Assistance experience to support senior leaders with calendars, travel coordination, and confidential correspondence.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office technology, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Dubai, handle sensitive information with discretion, and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or degree in Business Administration or a related field and prior administrative experience are beneficial.
