Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing executive schedules, coordinating communications, organizing meetings, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily business operations.

This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
• Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and communications on behalf of senior leadership.
• Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
• Support business projects and executive initiatives through coordination and administrative assistance.
• Organize company events, leadership meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure executives are prepared for upcoming commitments and deliverables.
• Maintain organized filing systems and accurate documentation.
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties and special projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadership.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
