We're hiring: Pre-Sales Engineer – CybersecurityDubai, UAE (On-site) · Operations · Reports to COOAt Lumora Cyber Solutions, we protect SMBs across retail, Insurance ,Exchanges , Schools & Education Institutes ,healthcare, and Service based industries in the UAE and GCC. As we scale, we need a Pre-Sales Engineer who can turn complex security challenges into winning proposals — and raise the technical bar across our entire commercial team.

This isn't just a proposal role. You'll own solution design, lead PoC engagements, train our sales team, and guide technical delivery on what great looks like.

Important: This is NOT a senior or leadership role. If you have 10+ years and are looking for a Head of Pre-Sales position, this one isn't for you — and we genuinely mean that kindly.

This role suits someone with 3–5 years of overall IT or cybersecurity experience. A pre sales engineer in cyber security thinking about a commercial shift. we care more about your technical foundation and communication skills than your job title.

What you'll do

• ▸ Design end-to-end cybersecurity architectures using our full stack
• Sophos, Zscaler, BeyondTrust, Forti
• Mail, Vicarius, Blu
• Sapphire, and more▸ Own RFP/RFQ responses and technical presentations to CISOs, IT leadership, and procurement teams▸ Embed UAE regulatory requirements (PDPL, NESA, ADHICS, CBUAE) into every solution you propose▸ Lead Proof-of-Concept engagements with clients and vendor partners▸ Support RFP/RFQ responses and proposals alongside the COO and sales team▸ Run PoC engagements and product demos with clients▸ Train and enable our sales team on products and positioning▸ Guide the technical delivery team on post-award deliverable standards

• Elevate.▸ Develop and deliver structured product and solution training for the Lumora sales team▸ Build and maintain battle cards, objection-handling guides, and sales enablement collateral▸ Guide the technical delivery team on expected deliverable standards and scope documentation post-award▸ Mentor junior engineers on solution design and vendor capabilities

What we're looking for

• ▸ 3–5 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales within cybersecurity▸ Strong RFP track record in the UAE or GCC market▸ Certifications: Sophos Partner, Zscaler ZSFE, Microsoft SC-200/AZ-500, Fortinet NSE 4+ preferred▸ Someone who can hold a technical conversation, close a room, and bring others along
