You will lead a high-profile Windows 10-to-11 upgrade programme for a global law firm client. Managing the end-to-end migration, you’ll oversee project plans, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure office readiness for strategic moves. What You Will Do

• Take full ownership of the Windows 10-to-11 upgrade program, maintaining detailed project plans, RAID logs, and change orders.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and produce concise status reporting for executive-level communication and decision-making.
• Manage change communications and support technical teams in resolving issues and managing escalations for successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate

• At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience with a proven track record of delivering Windows OS upgrades.
• Strong background in the legal industry or professional services, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Proficiency in advanced PPM tools like MS Project or Monday.com and relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
