Description

• The requirement is primarily for a Project Manager (12 - 16 Years) rather than a highly technical one.
• Candidates should possess strong project management capabilities, stakeholder management and experience managing deliveries across multiple teams.
• While an understanding of technology is important, the role does not require deep technical expertise.
• Data Engineering background is not mandatory; candidates from other technology streams can also be considered.
• The focus should be on candidates who can effectively manage projects, teams, timelines, risks, and client expectations.

Domain & Technology Expectations

• Domain experience is open and not restricted to any specific industry.
• Banking and Data Engineering backgrounds can be explored but are not mandatory.
• Technology stack is also open, evaluation should be driven more by project management competencies than technical specialization.
