Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area for Energy Park Development Professionals. In this position, individuals will support the planning, design, and development of energy parks, including conducting feasibility studies, analyzing demand and supply scenarios, and evaluating power generation options.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with engineering, permitting, and finance teams; preparing reports and presentations; and contributing to site selection, layout planning, and project scheduling. The role involves monitoring regulatory requirements, supporting stakeholder engagement, and assisting in risk assessment and mitigation for new and existing projects.

Team members will also help optimize energy management strategies within each park to improve performance, efficiency, and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including data analysis, problem solving, and quantitative evaluation.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of the energy industry and familiarity with sector trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Candidates should possess experience or understanding in energy management, including efficiency, demand-side management, and resource planning.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with power generation technologies and core energy concepts related to generation, transmission, and distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy systems, environmental science, economics, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Experience in project development, project management, or infrastructure planning, preferably in the energy sector.
• Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and engage with external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with productivity and analysis tools, and a commitment to safety and sustainability.
