We’re looking for a PMO Senior Specialist to join our Finance & Workplace team. In this role, you’ll help drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that modernize how our Finance organization operates, improves efficiency, and supports Nasdaq’s long-term growth.
You’ll work closely with PMO leadership, project teams, and senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Treasury, Procurement, and Accounting Product groups to keep complex programs moving forward. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving initiatives, collaborating across functions, and gaining exposure to enterprise-wide transformation programs.

The base pay range for this role is $92,000 - $161,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
