We are seeking a Product Owner to lead delivery for a tenant separation initiative. This role owns the product backlog, leads discovery efforts to define migration scope and requirements, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver a fully independent, modernized environment by go-live.
Approximately 70% of this role focuses on the discovery and migration of legacy automation platforms (Nintex, Blue Prism, and Kofax) to Microsoft Power Platform. The remaining 30% supports the combined Power Platform and Dynamics 365 tenant-to-tenant (T2T) migration and platform separation effort, coordinating scope, dependencies, and shared discovery activities across both domain teams.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including solutions, environments, connectors, and platform configuration.
Experience serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead for complex enterprise technology initiatives.
Experience with Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC), solution-aware environments, PowerShell, pac CLI, and migration or discovery tools.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID, including identity, security, and role-based access concepts.
Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and requirements-gathering skills.
Experience supporting tenant migrations, divestitures, carve-outs, or platform separation initiatives.
Experience migrating or modernizing legacy automation platforms such as Nintex, Blue Prism, Kofax, or similar technologies using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps).
Familiarity with enterprise applications such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or comparable ERP/HCM platforms.
