Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Analyst-eMessaging. The successful candidate will support critical documentation management for a major banking project, collaborating with a team of technical and operational stakeholders to review, organize, and improve a comprehensive set of operational artifacts spanning over a decade.

Pay rate range (CAD): $69.57/hr – $83.48/hr

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain extensive operability and reliability documentation across production, staging, and development environments
• Collaborate with internal and external audit teams, process specialists, and technical subject matter experts to review and organize artifacts
• Support the team in ensuring standards and procedures are accurately reflected and maintained within documentation
• Prepare and present reports, plans, and proposals to stakeholders
• Foster strong working relationships across multiple teams and business lines
• Critically analyze current processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Support platform lifecycle activities, including configuration, administration, and support for end-user technology tools
• Adapt to fluctuating work environments, prioritizing deliverables within tight timelines
• Demonstrate technical aptitude and hands-on experience with application/configuration support in an agile environment

Desired Skill-Set

• Post-secondary education
• 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• 3+ years of experience in e-messaging support and systems
• Strong proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with technical documentation creation and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Experience supporting operational documentation and process workflows within an Agile framework

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with financial services organizations
• Knowledge of infrastructure support or platform lifecycle management
• Experience with process improvement initiatives
• Ability to effectively manage multiple relationships within and outside the team
