Are you passionate about transforming complex financial and content data into meaningful business insights? This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Finance, Content, Legal, and Commercial teams while driving reporting accuracy, automation, and decision support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Royalty Analytics

• Deliver accurate and timely royalty reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Analyze royalty allocations, licensing activity, and commercial agreements across multiple business units and territories.
• Support monthly royalty reconciliations, including gain/loss analysis and allocation reviews.
• Provide financial insights into key business drivers, trends, and performance fluctuations.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports that support strategic and operational decisions.
• Build auditable, scalable reporting processes that ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Create dashboards, analytical models, and reporting frameworks that improve visibility into business performance.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Process Optimization

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and risks.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and support issue resolution through detailed analysis.
• Contribute to the automation and enhancement of reporting tools, workflows, and analytical processes.
• Improve data structures and reporting methodologies to increase efficiency and scalability.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Finance, Legal, Content, and Commercial teams to address royalty, licensing, and reporting-related inquiries.
• Gather and document business requirements to support consistent reporting and operational execution.
• Support preparation of analytical materials for content planning, licensing negotiations, and commercial decision-making.
• Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain strong controls and data integrity standards across reporting and analytics processes.
• Support initiatives that improve transparency, compliance, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and business intelligence solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in:
• Finance
• Accounting
• Business
• Analytics
• Related field
• (or equivalent professional experience)
• Experience in:
• Financial Analysis
• Reporting & Analytics
• Business Decision Support
• Operational Reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with large structured datasets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
