Junior Data Analyst

The Role

Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from various operational databases including CMMS and work order systems. Analyze maintenance, asset, energy, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using tools like Power BI or Excel. Provide actionable insights from operational data to support facilities and operations teams.

Monitor data quality, investigate reporting discrepancies, and assist with forecasting maintenance workloads and resource utilization. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for management and operational stakeholders.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience. 0-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, operations support, facilities management, HVAC, maintenance, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis functions.

Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn database querying. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities. Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
