Office Manager (3 Month Contract)

We are supporting our client, a well established financial services organisation based in DIFC, to hire an experienced Office Manager, for an initial period of 3-months.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support to senior leadership.
• Manage office operations, facilities, suppliers and service contracts.
• Coordinate governance meetings, prepare minutes and track actions.
• Organise business travel, meetings and internal events.
• Support compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Liaise with local and international stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

• Relevant education or certifications.
• Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
