Pay Range

$60 to $65/hr on W2

Job Description

• Manage multiple testing streams in an Agile environment.
• Manage a distributed team of test analysts and test executors.
• Coordinate testing efforts with projects leveraging the same testing resources.
• Design and templatize test and execution standards for analysts and test executors.
• Create and communicate a testing strategy and plan.
• Create and align test schedules with business, development, and testing resources.
• Design, execute, and communicate reporting on test status and testing projections on daily, weekly, and sprint cadences.
• Advocate for and support testing efforts in team, management, and executive forums.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Microsoft toolset.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Soft Skills

• Position requires a hands-on candidate with a strong presence in the office.
• Ability to meet with Director-level stakeholders and communicate effectively based on the audience.
• Significant experience coordinating and overseeing large-scale conversion projects.
• Testing will be a major component during the first year of the project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate migration alignment.

Key Traits

• Experience leading testing for a data warehouse conversion project.
• Hands-on experience testing data warehouse migration projects.
• Experience with on-premises to cloud migration testing.
• Ability to coordinate testing across multiple business teams.
• Senior-level leadership experience managing enterprise testing programs.
• Automotive or Financial Services industry experience is beneficial.
• Focus on enterprise data migration initiatives.
