Sales Account Executive – Healthcare and Support Services

The Sales Account Executive – Healthcare and Support Services staffing vertical is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, prospecting, securing and forming new client relationships within the healthcare and human services space.

This role requires a strategic and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the healthcare and human services staffing vertical, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and allied, clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize target clients within the healthcare and human services vertical.
• Deep understanding of the industry and specific roles, able to provide valuable insights to hiring managers and internal recruiters.
• Proactively prospect and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, skill marketing, and attending networking events and industry conferences.
• Enhanced ability to communicate persuasively and manage relationships with hiring managers at various levels.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close offers successfully, addressing complex client concerns and objections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Collaborate with clients to develop recruitment strategies.
• Develop excellent working relationships and partnership with your Delivery / Recruitment colleagues.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies and processes relevant to the healthcare vertical.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
• Use market insights to position Phaxis’ services effectively and differentiate themselves from competitors.
• • Meet or exceed KPI’s, sales metrics and revenue targets/goals according to tenure set by the company.
• Track and report on sales pipeline activity, opportunities, and forecasts using JobDiva.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of Healthcare Staffing Account Management & Business Development (MUST HAVE prior healthcare staffing agency experience)
• Desire and ability to excel in a sales environment
