Base pay range$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

What You'll Do

• Proactively engage in cold calling , cold emailing , and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Research and identify target prospects, industries, and decision-makers to build a qualified lead pipeline.
• Craft compelling outreach messages tailored to the prospect's needs and industry.
• Build and grow client relationships within the Utilities sector , identifying talent needs and consulting on strategic hiring plans.
• Engage with senior-level decision-makers, providing valuable market insights and shaping conversations around the future of workforce solutions.
• Position Hydrogen's value-added services —including talent insights, market mapping, and strategic hiring programs—to support client success.
• Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with our high-performing delivery teams to ensure service excellence.
• Use data and insights to drive outreach and maintain a world-class CRM and candidate/client database.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in the recruitment industry and a willingness to learn.A passion for relationship-building and delivering solutions that go beyond the transactional.
• Interest in or exposure to the Utilities and Technology space.
• Strong commercial instincts with proven negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify long-term opportunities.
• Confidence using CRM tools and a commitment to maintaining clean, insight-driven data.
