Marketing Manager

Cowboy Bride | Austin, TX — On-Site, Full-Time

$50,000/year + performance bonus

This is not a remote role. Cowboy Bride is a laid-back luxury bridal boutique in Austin, and we need a Marketing Manager who wants to be in the building — shooting real gowns on real brides, covering live trunk shows, and building a brand voice from inside the room where it happens, not managing it from a laptop.

What You'll Own

• Social media strategy, content calendar, and daily posting across Instagram and other channels
• Email marketing — newsletters, client communications, and nurture campaigns
• Campaign planning and promotion for trunk shows and special events, in partnership with designer partners
• Brand storytelling that positions Cowboy Bride as the tastemaker of Texas bridal fashion
• Producing 2–3 ad creatives per week for paid social, pulled directly from the content calendar
• Coordinating with a contracted paid-ads specialist who handles campaign setup, targeting, and spend — you supply the creative and priorities, they run the buy

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in marketing, ideally luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or a boutique/small-business environment
• Genuinely wants to work in person 3–4 days a week — this role is built around being on-site for content, events, and store rhythm
• Sharp eye for visual brand consistency and a strong, warm writing voice
• Comfortable designing simple ad creative (Canva or similar) from photos/video shot in-store
• Comfortable owning a calendar and hitting deadlines independently
• Bonus: experience with bridal, events, or Mailchimp

Compensation

• $50,000 base salary
• Quarterly performance bonus tied to appointments booked and sales growth
