Impact Photographics makes a wide variety of products for National Parks, National Monuments, the Smithsonian, museums, zoos, and attractions. People buy them to remember a place they love. We have built a wholesale business over 50 years on quality and reliability. Now we are building something new: a direct-to-consumer business, starting from a proven product line and growing into a full portfolio.

You will be part of the team that builds it.

Who you are

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven builder. You see where marketing can improve the business and you go after it without waiting to be asked. You are comfortable owning outcomes, working remotely, and moving fast in a company that has never had a marketing department.

You treat AI as a force multiplier: you automate where it makes sense and use it to move faster, while keeping judgment and quality in your own hands. You are excited by the blank page, not intimidated by it.

What you will own

• D2C growth across Shopify, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Amazon, and email through Klaviyo.
• Performance of our outsourced team: PPC agency and social content creator, and designers
• Our measurement and reporting through analytic tools (e.g. Triple Whale) and the decisions that come from it.
• Testing and launching new product lines on D2C channels using a repeatable playbook.
• Our creator and influencer strategy: seeding products, turning UGC into ads, and building an affiliate program.
• Brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.
• Building marketing for our wholesale sales team: catalogs, sell sheets, and campaigns.

What you bring

• 3–6 years in D2C or e-commerce marketing, with real ownership of growth, not just execution.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta ads, and email marketing (Klaviyo or similar).
• Comfort with performance data: ROAS, MER, CAC, contribution margin, and attribution tools like Triple Whale.
• Experience managing agencies and contractors and holding them to results.
• Strong creative judgment. You know what good content looks like and can direct it.
• Clear writing and communication. You can report up to leadership and brief a contractor with equal ease.
• Fluent with AI tools. You use them to work faster and automate the repetitive, while keeping judgment, accuracy, and brand quality in your own hands.

Nice to have

• Experience with creators, influencers, or affiliate programs (preferred, and can be outsourced).
• TikTok organic and paid experience.
• Amazon Seller or Vendor Central experience.
• B2B or wholesale marketing exposure.
• A track record of launching new products or lines from zero.

Compensation and logistics

Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000

Location: Fully remote, US-based
