Role Description

The Associate will support the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring private equity investments. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and company research, building financial models, preparing investment memoranda, and assisting in due diligence across commercial, financial, and operational areas.

The role also involves supporting portfolio management activities such as performance tracking, value-creation initiatives, and preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility to support rigorous analysis and project work.

The Associate will work closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to cross-border transactions and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis.
• Experience in investment research, market analysis, and due diligence within private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations, investment memoranda, and stakeholder updates.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest in technology, consumer, healthcare, and financial services sectors, preferably with exposure to India and Gulf-region markets.
• High level of integrity, professional maturity, and comfort working in a diverse, cross-border setting.
• Proficiency in standard productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial databases or research platforms.
