Digital & Social Media Manager

Uncommon Brands is experiencing exciting growth and is searching for a creative, strategic, and digitally obsessed marketing professional to join our expanding team.

We are building a portfolio of distinct brands within the food and beverage space, partnering with limited-service and fast-casual restaurants that have extraordinary food, exceptional service, and unrealized growth potential.

We invest in consumer-obsessed concepts and provide the technology, systems infrastructure, and marketing expertise to unlock what they're capable of. Our current portfolio includes Fuego Tortilla Grill and The Rice Box, and we are actively expanding.

The Digital & Social Media Manager will own the day-to-day digital presence of our brands, creating content that stops the scroll, running campaigns that drive real results, and building the kind of online community that turns guests into regulars.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage all social media accounts across the Uncommon Brands portfolio, content planning, creation, scheduling, and community management
• Design and produce content that creates excitement around each brand, including LTO launches, new restaurant openings, partnerships, and company initiatives
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list growth, segmentation, and performance reporting
• Track, analyze, and report on performance across all digital and social channels, and turn that data into action
• Support website updates and content refreshes across brand properties
• Apply SEO best practices to maximize organic visibility and search performance
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback and reviews across digital platforms
• Stay on the cutting edge of platform trends and make proactive recommendations to the VP of Marketing
• Collaborate with Operations to support local store marketing, grand openings, and field activations

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of digital marketing and social media experience with a focus on content creation, paid social, and campaign management; brand or agency background welcome
• Experience in fast-casual, QSR, hospitality, or multi-unit consumer brands preferred
• Embraces AI tools and emerging platforms to make marketing smarter and faster without losing the creative and authenticity that makes our brands stand out
• Strong creative instincts with an eye for compelling visual content and brand-aligned storytelling
• Equally comfortable with creative execution and analytical thinking
• Proficiency in social media management tools, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to digital content
• Highly organized, calm under pressure, and confident taking ownership of your work
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred

Compensation & Benefits

$75,000 – $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Uncommon Brands offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and bonus eligibility.
