We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Director to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with both founders and play a crucial role in driving key initiatives forward and ensuring our collective success.

The Director of Human Resources (DRHR) is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for our fast-growing social enterprise. Reporting directly to the General Manager the DRHR will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our mission, values, and ambitious growth objectives.

This role requires a leader who can, implement best practices across all HR functions, and champion a culture of engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership & Planning: * Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the organization's growth, mission, and long-term goals. * Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all HR-related matters, including organizational design, talent management, compensation, and employee relations. * Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to achieve current and future objectives. * Stay abreast of HR trends, best practices, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
• Talent Acquisition & Management: * Oversee the development and execution of innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent from diverse backgrounds. * Implement performance management systems that drive accountability, and support employee development. * Design and manage learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, foster career growth, and promote a culture of learning.
• Compensation & Benefits: * Design, implement, and manage competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. * Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and effective communication to employees.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: * Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, morale, and retention. * Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. * Oversee employee communication strategies to ensure transparency and keep employees informed on key organizational initiatives.
• HR Operations & Compliance: * Oversee all HR operational functions, including HR information systems (HRIS), payroll administration, and HR data analytics. * Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are fair, consistent, and legally compliant. * Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.

Pay: $66,601.77 - $80,208.59 per year
